Rooster update

Hi all -

I know the group hasn't been too active in recent years but I'd like to take a shot at doing some house keeping on the Rooster - mostly just technical edits like standardizing on field formats and splitting fields up into database friendly formats (separating first name, last name, nick name, address components, etc. into individual fields, etc.).

Not sure who currently owns the list but wanted to check with the group to see if there were any objections before I start this project, which will likely involve examining each record, checking it against current records in FCC and qrz.com, database info, etc. The end result would be an updated list posted to a publicly accessible location like the current list is. 

Let me know your thoughts.
