Hi all,

Happy New Year to all of you fine feathered ops! I would like to nominate Sam, NR4A, to become a member of CFO. I've worked Sam a number of times. He's a great CW op, QRQ capable, and has a great sense of humor. I think he'd be a fine fit for the coup. Does anyone care to second?
