Dear Pramod;

Today I submitted my grades and last week I completed my research assignment. Finally a break - no teaching or research over the summer - but consulting and additional academic work will continue.

All is well. We have had a very hectic first six months of 2017 and aim to relax over the summer with light travel to NAPA (as you know they have some killer Cabernets), LA and Lake Tahoe. It is very hot in the Bay Area this week - temps in the high 90s (F).

How are you doing? Any travel plans to the States?

Still busy with studies and academics....great spirit..

For rest...mental....and for physical exercises...why dont u adopt YOGA.............

May begin with WORLD YOGA DIVAS.........ie from 21st June,2017..ie tomorrow.......

Thanks Madan.

My wife and I are planning Yoga classes this summer.  We participated in Yoga classes for a year (2015/2016) but then it got difficult with my teaching.  As long as I continue to teach etc. it gets busy mid-Sep until mid-June of the following year!

I teach because I love to and students keep my mind sharp!  But I agree that Yoga will help mental rest.

Yoga is definitely a good way to relax mind and body and get much needed exercises for maintaining body's flexibility 

I do it off and on but then also it is good

Dear Pramod....

Few days back....while taking petrol from a petrol pump in jaipur for my car......i saw a sticker of OXYGEN...on machine.

I was thrilled.....and immediate reaction...was.....oh...it our Pramod's company..... एक खास प्रकार की खुशी मिली     .....

I was seeing TV yesterday....people of village near kanpur...native village of president candidate selected...sh Ramnath kovind were celebrating the news....just because this gentleman belongs to their village......
