North Bend rail trail - recent rides?

Greetings, 

If any of you have been on the North Bend Rail Trail in the last couple of years I would appreciate hearing about your riding experience as it relates to the following: 

Trail surface (smooth, rocky, muddy, rutted etc)

Gates: open or missing

Signs of motorized vehicle use

Litter and/or trash and broken glass

Vegetation on, or encroaching the trail corridor

Vandalism of signs

Please include the section of the trail that you rode along with any other information that you think might be useful in making an assessment of the quality, fit and finish of the trail.

I rode wolf summit 3 miles west, everything was right. Path is large gravel, 40 mm or larger
