You might not be aware of a couple of critical issues to be discussed tomorrow. 

In brief, we need a new Chair and Secretary. 

I announced at the last meeting that i am stepping down.  If we don't elect a new chair, then i will carry on until the current projects are finished; Oct would be our closing down meeting. 

Dal kindly stepped in as Secretary earlier this year, but she can't commit any further so we need a new secretary.
