I have logged a complaint yesterday night to your maintainance team.My display is having some issue as all balances and other stuffs in my display is showing zero amount from last 3-4 days.Please advise reason why my complaint is still pending.Why I have to always required to send your team several reminders for any issue on mails.

Need to do the needful at the earliest.
