Issue of contaminated water supply.

Dear Mr. Rijwan ,

 Many families of our tower are facing diarrhoea and stomach issues , as we came to know there is issues of contaminated water supply as well as open overhead tanks at other towers too  .

 Time and again we have requested to maintanence for regular tank cleaning and checking for tank's cap / cover to avoiding parasites growth in drinking water.

You are again suggested to do the needful and confirm.

We have  cheeked all domestic  tank are covered

 

Tank cleaning date is 12/09/2020

 

We have received complaints regarding stomach issues  that’s  why will arrange water Testing team they will come  tomorrow.

Dear Rizwan,

Hope you and your maintenance team is in good health but your team has contributed in deteriorating our tower C4 families health by not even bothering about our complaints.Even my 3+ month old baby is facing 25-30 loose motions from last three days just because of your lethargical approach in taking action on any issues related to Quality of water in our water tanks.

From last multiple months my family is calling maintenance team on regular basis for water pressure supply and no water in taps in our common toilet even a few days back I got reply from your maintenance team that due to some pending maintenance work there is water pressure issue going on from six floor to top or for below floors.

Hope you will take these issues seriously and through fast track approach.

Plz tell us what action you have taken till now as my son is also facing the same problem and you are not responding to any mail.

What's going on in the maintenance?

Are you able to close this on Priority and if not than tell us we will go to higher authorities.
