Contaminated Water Supply in C4 Tower

Hi  Maintenance Team and AOA members,

Today we have observed parasites in the Kitchen water Supply. We are sure other residents have also observed the same and raised the concern.

We have raised this concern many times on multiple platforms on multiple occasions to properly clean the tank and cover it but it seems its not happening on regular basis.

We are attaching the video and image for your reference and hope an action from your side asap.

Hi Team,

Need to schedule cleaning of tank within 1-2 days. How is it possible that even after known to the fact that water is already contaminated still not taking any urgent action in next 1-2 days.Please take this on priority.

All residents are informed that the supply of tower C4 water will be disrupted for the cleaning of the tank from 11:00AM TO 15:00PM.

 

All are requested  to store the water as convenient to avoid any kind of inconvenience as per schedule Tank cleaning date :- 10.02.2021

Hope you are fine and doing well.

I has been observed that Fogging is not taking place in our tower C4 for every floor from a very long time.

My father platlets count have reached 90000 Symtoms of Dengue fever.Please advise reason why fogging is not taking place on regular basis for our tower C4 every floors.Due to your negligence attitude towards our tower we are facing these issues.

Your prompt reply and action would be highly appreciated.
