I'm just curious I've made tremendous advances experimented with S4 and rad 140 cutting and getting lean... I'm thinking about testing S23 and I'm curious about how people were dieting on it I've heard combatting info about increasing calories slightly because of the recomp effect but I'm ultimately trying to get diced up currently working with a four pack and vascular legs. Thanks for the input.

To me, SARMs only expedite the process of whatever you're trying to accomplish, but the actual diet and calorie restriction is probably not that much different as a natural person. Obviously your protein synthesis is increased, but if you up the calories above maintenance, in my experience you recomp slightly but mostly see benefits in strength and muscle mass increase, not necessarily a decrease in body fat. The real benefit is being able to restrict calories even more and hold onto your mass in a cut. That's what I've found for my body at least.

Yeah that's what I figured I guess I'm just trying to see average caloric intake for people this is my first time running something as this hardcore. I just want to make the most of it

I'm 6'2" and 215 ish around 12-15% BF. If I want to get to 205 and shredded (on SARMs) I'm probably eating between 2200-2700 calories per day. Which I imagine would be pretty close to what I would do if I was natural. Maintenance for me at that weight is somewhere around 3200.
