Fujinet startup documentation

I just found a great resource for bringing up a Fujinet Universal board.  There are additional manuals at this site, or one above it as well.

From what I can tell in initial review, adding a Universal board to an S100 machine won't be too bad.  Fixing the Data IN/Data OUT vs a bidirectional data bus should be pretty easy.  Looking at the MSX interface work is important because they are also Z80-based, and use similar hardware interfacing.
