73-79 RITian League Meeting Minutes 190811

 

Above meeting was held on August 11, 2019, Sunday 2:00 to 3:10 PM successfully at Fu San Restaurant, KokKine Junction, Yangon.

 

The following twelve devotees attended there.

Pyone Pyone Oo, 2) Kyi Kyi Win, Gracy, 4) Mi Cho Cho, Sheila, 6) Min Soe, Robin, 8) Mudon Soe Thein, Dennis, 10) Yin Htwe Thet, Myo Aung, and 12) Tint Lwin.

Highlights of the meeting

 

Since this year 2019 is the fortieth anniversary of our graduation, we all want to make it remarkable by celebrating our 8^th. SPZP back in our Mother's Arms early December as follows.

 

        Plan A: SPZP to be held in the RIT General Assembly Hall at 0900 AM on December 7, Saturday

                   and, 73-79 RITians Ruby Anniversary Dinner in the IMCT park at 5:00 PM in that evening.

        Plan B: Both SPZP and Ruby Anniversary Dinner to be held in sequence at 5:00 PM on December 7, Saturday at   Fu San Restaurant, if above plan A is unable to work out.

 

Confirmation will be made after Kyi Kyi Win and Pyone Pyone Oo liaise with RIT in-house team on coming Tuesday.

 

Agreed in unison to donate 100 Lakhs from the league general fund for the flood victims through Daw Khin Kyi Foundation on August 15, Thursday.

 

Next meeting will be held on September 8, Sunday 2 PM.

 

Meeting adjourned at 3:10 PM. Minutes were taken by Tint Lwin.
