73-79 RITian League Meeting Minutes #191215: 2019 Wrap-up

 

The above meeting was held on December 15, 2019, Sunday 2:00 to 4:15 PM successfully at Fu San Restaurant, KokKine Junction, Yangon.

 

The following sixteen members participated there.

Pyone Pyone Oo, 2) Gracy, Mi Cho Cho, 4) Phyu Phyu Kyi, Swe Swe Myint, 6) Lwin Lwin, Kyi Kyi Win, 8) Sheila, San San, 10) Nyunt Nyunt Swe, Min Swe, 12) Nyunt Mg, Win Than, 14) Yin Htwe Thet, Mg Mg Han and 16) Tint Lwin.

 

Highlights of the meeting

 

Check, recheck and counter-check was made upon all every expenditure of several different accounts under the four major events which are River Cruise, SPZP08, Ruby Jubilee Dinner and SetSe Retreat. Compiled it all into a single balance sheet and confirmed with bank balance and cash in hand.

Cash withdrawn in advance:  10,000,000

Donation Received for SPZP: 27,232,400

Amount before expenditure:  37,232,400

Total expenditure for 4 events: 29,281,340

Cash balance in hand:            7,951,060

Bank balance, General Fund: 19,227,854.61

Bank balance, H/C Fund:       3,041,980.81

Fixed deposit, H/C Fund:       10,000,000.

Issued K 100,000 to Tint Lwin as a Health Care Support for Civil Win Kyiang who is hospitalized at the RGH Stroke Unit. Tint Lwin, Min Swe, and Htein Win will give it to his family together with K 110,000 sent from 79 RITians @SG tomorrow during their hospital visit.

 

Meeting adjourned at 4:15 PM. Minutes were taken by Tint Lwin.
