73-79 RITian League Meeting Minutes #191110

 

The above meeting was held on November 10, 2019, Sunday 2:00 to 3:55 PM successfully at Fu San Restaurant, KokKine Junction, Yangon.

 

The following nineteen members participated there.

Kyi Kyi Win, Pyone Pyone Oo, 3) Gracy, Mi Cho Cho, Phyu Phyu Kyi, 6) Nyunt Nyunt Swe, Shorty, Minn Swe, 9) Zaw Thein, Zin Ko Htay, Myo Swe, 12) Mg Mg Lay, Min Soe, Weight Gyi Soe Myint, 15) Myo Lwin Quail, Yin Htwe Thet, Nyi Nyi Sein, 18) Tin Than Mg and Tint Lwin.

 

Highlights of the meeting

Swel Daw Tay band is not available for the river cruise. Instead, KaraOK set to be arranged with the help of Myint Aung.

There will be a gift exchange game after Ruby Jubilee Dinner. Every member needs to bring one gift each for it.

Reviewed the Saya list of 92. Nyunt Nyunt Swe will label saya address onto each invitation card. She will order badges for saya as well.  

Conferred with Fu San manager and decided on menus for both lunch and dinner.

Acknowledged with pleasure for receiving MMK 2,435,000 for SPZP fund and MMK 2.5 Lakhs for Health Care fund during today's meeting.

Delivery of invitation cards to be started from the next meeting onward.

The next meeting will be held on November 17, Sunday 2 PM.
