73-79 RITian League Meeting Minutes 191027

 

The above meeting was held on October 27, 2019, Sunday 2:00 to 3:30 PM successfully at Fu San Restaurant, KokKine Junction, Yangon.

 

The following twenty two members participated there.

San San, Hla Htay Aung, 3) Kyi Kyi Win, Gracy, Mi Cho Cho, 6) Lwin Lwin, Pyone Pyone Oo, Dennis, 9) Ko Ko Hlaing, Myo Swe, Mg Mg Lay, 12) Robin, Maung Chit & Mrs. (USA), Shwe Toe, 15) Aye Than Myint, Min Swe, Tun Nyein, 18) Tin Mg Zaw, Min Soe, Yin Htwe Thet, 21) Khin Win (over the phone) and Tint Lwin.

 

Highlights of the meeting

 

Gift bags were purchased and printed.

Invitation cards were printed.

 

Fu San manager requested for a temporary kitchen place at the HRD building for SPZP catering. Kyi Kyi Win and Pyone Pyone Oo will check for it with HRD.

 

More and more donations are coming in after posting contact persons and numbers on Facebook.

 

Proudly acknowledge for receiving USD 500 and MMK 20 Lakhs for SPZP fund and MMK 2.5 Lakhs for Health Care fund at today's meeting.

 

Agreed to pay one lakh to Htwe Htwe Sein in support for her cataract surgery, and one lakh to Thein Zaw Oo in support for his suffering from stroke out of Health Care fund.

 

Delivery of invitation cards to be started from next meeting onward.

 

Thanks a million to Ko Ko Hlaing and Dennis for picking up the check.       

 

The next meeting will be held on November 10, Sunday 2 PM.

 

Meeting adjourned at 3:30 PM. Minutes were taken by Tint Lwin.
