Those were pretty common on some
Of the nicer UJBs back in the late 70s/early 80s. I had a used Fuji that came with one. I tried to like it but it never felt very comfortable -and I’ve Ridden Brooks saddles for years. I found the top of my Fujita saddle too sharp. YMMV.

Ridden Brooks Cambium only (not the leathers), but I enjoy my Fujita Belt on my 1972 Fuji The Finest 650B conversion, and my posterior is not leather saddle trained (Turbo, Flite, Cambium, and Mundialita background). Read some chatter on BikeForums when researching it that people found them harder to break in than the similar Brooks models. I'll email you direct the catalogs I came across when digging through info on mine, tried to attach but said it was too big.
