The Approval Proposed earlier was for an Amount of Rs 1 Lac as the approximate cost of ICU home set up , now we have the actual requirements, therefore this is seeking approval for additional amount of Rs 46674/- . The total approval being Rs 1 Lac + Rs 46474/- . A total of Rs 146674/- for the ICU setip at home.

Some of us have been in touch with Sankar and Runjun.

Rohit , Sankar's Son who met with an accident and has undergone Brain Surgery continues to be in Coma and in the Hospital however the Hospital has advised them to take him home. Sankar  approached MD ECHS for Sanction for an additional one month of stay in the Hospital, however the Sanction has not been granted. He needs to be shifted to home as no further extension is being provided at the Hospital.

As is evident there's a need of financial assistance for Sankar  to meet medical treatment expenses. 

Our association is primarily geared up for such eventualities. Keeping in view of the requirement of setting up an ICU and ancillary services at the residence of Sankar. 

It is proposed that Pachpan Association make provision for ICU Set up at  Sankar's Home to take care of Rohit from PAWA funds, the requirement of equipment and the needs have been discussed with Sankar and he has checked them at the dealer.

The cost for the equipment is Rs 146674/- (Rupees one lac forty six thousand six hundred and seventy four only).Quotation attached.

The proposal is placed before the GC Members for concurrence.

Please approve the purchase for the ICU Set up Equipment as per details provided.
