Open Item Discussion: Officer definitions

Should we trim down the officer definitions similar to what I did to committee definitions?

We can remove the “serve on the Executive Board and… perform such other duties as are assigned by the Chair” segment from each, but otherwise the level of definitions seems appropriate.
