Hi

Does any one know where I can find resources for configuring Prusa Slicer with ToolChanger?  I know how  to setup the gcode in Slicer for toolchanging etc.

Most of the filament configurations have code that limits what printer they can be shown under.  When I add ToolChanger I don't see any filaments except for those that I have added.

The configuration wizard is also not showing me filaments choices for my customprofile when I try to add filaments using the wizard. I am using Prusa 2.3.

I can manually copy and edit the filaments and their settings that I want to use but that is tedious.  I am hoping there is an easier way.

Thx

I have a Prusa MK3 and would like to

Go to the E3D forum. I know there are TC users there that use PrusaSlicer as well as Cura.

To gain access to all the prusa profiles without a prusa printer, I think you have to add a dummy prusa printer profile, go into the filament profiles, and there should be an area under an advanced tab or something that indicates which printers or manufacturers the filament is compatible with. You can change that to be compatible with all printers, and then when you remove the prusa printer they will all still be there for your other printers.

I installed the latest version of Prusaslicer over the weekend, amd when I selected “custom printer” and set it up, I was able to select any filament profiles I wanted from the list…

I can see filament choices and even choose them but when I exit out off the wizard those filament options are not present.

I built the Prusa's Slicer locally possible that might be the issue.  Will try official release if everything else fails.

Thx
