Printed on the C.C. in PP.
I love this stuff, its lightweight, strong as crap. This part is 2 walls. 5% infill gyroid. This is part #2, going front to back. The front cap is a step file that can be modded, this one was stl darnit. I'm close to flat at the base, but still off. I love the transparent look. Will really look cool with some rgb leds in it at night...

Hey there David,

Interesting stuff indeed! I do see a bit of striations or Lines in it - but, I suspect it's made more obvious since it's a bit Transparent.

You were the one struggling to print PP recently - am I right? And all your work to get PP to print right was due to your plans to make these Drone parts. Am I right again?

Am curious to know why you settled on PP to begin with? I suspect, as you mentioned here - it's in regards to being lightweight & strong as a material.

Yes I am the one that's been posting about adventures trying to print pp. I had mixed results on the prusa. So I bought a CC just for this purpose.  Most rc plane/drones use lw-pla which is a foaming ( or preformed) mixture to lighten the weight. I don't like this as it makes the structure weaker. PP weighs a little more than lw-pla, but the strength difference is huge. My next problem will be "bonding" the parts together.  I am looking into adhesives and pladtic welding.
