Could all prize winners of Cups and Trophies please ensure they get their names engraved before the nationals, Keep receipts  and the association with bank accounts and we will refund the cost.  

Please check previous years have been done so the prize is up to date with no mistakes. Let me or Chris know if you need any information on previous winners names and spelling.

Hi

Attached are some proposed rule changes for discussion at the Nationals. Strictly speaking, there is not enough notice for these to be voted on at the Nationals. We could elect to have a postal vote or Special General Meeting or, if there are no objections, vote on it. We are unlikely to get significant interest in either of the alternatives and the AGM is one time when we get a good group together.

Feel free to contact me if you think there are things that need to be tweaked.
