Good morning,

Thanks Edith for leading us yesterday.

My suggestion forward, it may be right or wrong but forgive me.
If we are not able to get a volunteer for a sermonnet, let whatever is decided be communicated to everyone so that members are prepared in advance e.g  if it has been decided that everyone will share e,g a verse etc.   This way, members will be competing to share without strain and feeling intimidated.  Some of the benefits will be:-
1. Saving on time- The leader will not have to keep on asking who will share and everyone is silent.
2. Members freedom to share
3. Familiarity with what you want to share.   When you practice, you become more familiar with the homiletic part (how will I say it)
4. Briefing:  You want to condense your whole message into one sentence
5. Memorizing:  The more you practice, the more it imbeds into your subconscious which frees you to connect better with the team members
6. Confidence:  You gain more confidence delivering the message.
7. Professionalism: You deliver your message in a professional manner and finally
8. Opportunity: Everybody will have an change to exercise his/her talents

THIS IS WITHOUT ANY PREJUDICE.

Blessings for the Holy Week.  Love you all.

Regards

Persis Peris

Good evening  Brethren,

Thanks Bwana Chairman for sharing the Zoom recordings.

Deacon Peris I hear your sentiments and as Chairman stated yesterday , we need to resume the outlined monthly program with duty allocation.
