Note: “Glover” is the middle name, not the last name.

It is my understanding that neither live in the apartment full time as they both live in Florida. Marc is that  correct?

Hello,

I beleive the Board needs to meet and review this.  I also think having the attorney from Esra answer a few questions would help us craft requiements for these types of requests.

Naisha,

A spouse can always add their spouse to the shares. The Board just needs to know the circumstances. Marc is reaching out to other Board members. 

The challenge is not the shares so with that said, unless others have an opposition it’s a go.

If the Board approves the request, we will contact the attorney to update the stock certificate.

Please provide formal approval from the Board. This will allow us to forward the authorization to the attorney's office and the shareholder to initiate the necessary actions.
