FYI, the whole city block across the street is under contract to Edens.  The same company that owns Central Market and now most of the property in the neighborhood. 

Great news for everyone!

Wow! Certainly is a BIG deal. Judy wonders if Edens offered an exchage of property to VOA or just made an offer that VOA couldn't pass.
