Hi everybody,

Just a quick note to say that we closed on our sale of the condo yesterday, and you'll see a fellow named Jacob Fuentes running around soon. I didn't have a chance to meet him personally, but the world is small, and I've heard good things through various grapevines. :) 

Please keep in touch, everybody! If you're ever in Sunnyside, stumble in anytime for a beer or a coffee.
