No credit and subscription received

Hi team,

I haven't got the 9 free credits for the first quest but I have used my own credits to finished the first one and still cannot get the free subscription and I couldn't finish the remaining quests as I don't have enough credit for finishing those. Is it possible to grant me the monthly subscription through other way? Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out, did you try to enroll into one of these labs?

• Create and Manage Cloud Resources or
• Set Up and Configure a Cloud Environment in Google Cloud or
• Implement DevOps in Google Cloud

Hi team,

I do not get any update from the concern team at this moment. However, I have used up all my own credit and still have a few remaining labs for the last quest. I am not sure whether I can get the solution or fix till the last minute but definitely I will not have enough time for doing the last quest. What can I do for this case?
