Unless he's gone out of business and left his info online, Thinkparts4u.com has parts. email or phone calls get through, but I think it's a side gig for him so it takes some time for him to reply at times.

Same here, we need new front brake pads. Searching on the forum brings up a

Apparently the front axle assembly is the same as from a Peugeot 106.
 
Searching on the web, I only see them offered oversees, or on eBay. If
anyone knows a domestic source, please let me know. Replacing the rotors
would be nice, too.

Yes, Tom has most of this kind of thing. He can be unresponsive like mentioned, just follow up regularly and he should get back to you.
