Subject: Misdelivered Package
To: 1845 Summit Pl <1845s...@gmail.com>

Hi everyone,

I had a package delivered yesterday from USPS from eBay, and it seems like it never arrived. Did anyone happen to receive it on my behalf? I would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks!

Best,
Emma

Hi,

USPS is usually pretty good about delivering packages to the lockers, unlike UPS or FedEx that just leave them on the floor of the lobby.  Are you sure it wasn't delivered to a locker?

I've had issues with packages being left, and contacted the leasing office to please put another sign saying that all packages need to be delivered to the lockers (there is a small one in the lobby, but drivers don't see it in its current location). The office said they weren't allowed to hang another sign in a more visible location, although I don't understand why.  If other people are having issues, I would suggest contacting the office and asking for the sign to be moved to the front door.  Maybe if enough of us ask, something will change.

I also had a FedEx package delivered yesterday that I couldn’t find. When I called the office, Sabrina said she put it in the hub locker for me. So check your email for a barcode, she may have done the same for yours!

She said whenever she’s in the building she makes a habit out of putting any stray packages (that delivery people just leave on the floor) into the hub locker for us. I asked her if FedEx has access to the hub locker and she said they do but there’s little they can do to make sure delivery people actually use it.

I agree a sign on the front door could be helpful. I’ll mention it too next time I call.

Normally I get emails letting me know when there was something placed in the locker, I didn't receive one for my latest package. Not sure I'm Emma (OP) had the same issue as me. But extra signage would be nice, also maybe a sign pointing out the camera as a potential additional deterrent to anyone considering taking someone else's deliveries. I appreciate everyone's concern and insight!
