The new tenants in unit 202 have a large German Shepherd living within the unit. No pets are allowed by renters according to the bylaws.
The tenants will have to remove the dog are stiff penalties will apply to the unit owner ledger.

- Consult your condo association's attorney immediately
- Request proper documentation through official channels
- Have your attorney review any submitted documentation
- Follow Fair Housing Act procedures precisely
