Update Zotero Style Repository validation to CSL 1.0.1

Can the style repository validation be updated to use the CSL 1.0.1 schema? Some styles (like APA) now show up as being invalid.

Also:

1) The Zotero style page code is now up at
https://github.com/zotero/styles-repo

2) Timestamps now reflect the Git commit time (displayed in UTC, for
now). Previously they were rounded times shortly after the commits.
