Assalam o alikum
I was wondering if there is any way to add English or Urdu commentary
into the text area like we can add newer translations. I see that
there are Arabic translation already added in there. So in the same
way how can we add english and urdu or any other language.

Wa alaykumus salaamu,
Just create new translation pack (without translation) included only commentary. Add to Zekr and view like another translation or transliteration.
