Ron Klusmeier concert....save the dates!

Your heard it here first.....tell your friends, get your hair done,
hire a baby sitter and save the evening of Thursday September 6th,
2012 for Ron Klusmeier's farewell "Tour of a Lifetime" concert that
will be hosted by the Yellowknife United Church and held at Northern
United Place.

Ron Klusmeier is a well known composer, editor, arranger and music
minister. He has written over 500 hymns including such favorites as
"Walls that Divide", "Worship the Lord" and "Praise to the Lord." We
will hear many of his great songs and stories during this exciting
event.

However, if you want more of Ron, then save the evening of Wednesday
September 5th for a FREE music workshop that is open to choir members,
choir leaders, musicians and clergy. During this workshop, Ron will be
introducing music he has written between 200-2012.

Interested in how to use projection and technology more effectively
and efficiently in worship? Ron's life and career partner Christina
Bogucki will be running a workshop on the evening of Wednesday
September 5th, 2012 at the same time as Ron's workshop about this
topic.

But there is more! If you want to have the honor and pleasure of
singing with Ron, you can! You will be welcomed to join his pick up
choir for the night of the concert.

How can is possibly get any better....well here is how. Not only is
Ron is generously donating some of the proceeds from this concert to
the Canada Foodgrains Bank, but 5% of the ticket price can be given to
the church of your choice to assist with its ministry.
