Xitrum 3.16: Fix and improve autoreload

While waiting for the match between Argentina and Netherlands which will take place in a few hours, you can try Xitrum 3.16:

3.16 fixes a problem with serializing and deserializing JSON in dev mode (caused by the autoreload feature):

It also improve the autoreload feature so that .class files in all directories in classpath can be reloaded in dev mode (before, only directory target/<scala version>/classes is reloaded). With this improvement, Xitrum can autoreload dependency modules in multimodule SBT projects.
To update Xitrum your project from 3.15 to 3.15, in your project's build.sbt file, just change "3.15" to "3.16". Example:
