Queries by quarter return erroneous results when skipping years

http://api.worldbank.org/countries/indicators/DP.DOD.DLIN.CR.BC.CD?date=2011Q4:2012Q1&format=json
does not produce correct results, while

http://api.worldbank.org/countries/indicators/DP.DOD.DLIN.CR.BC.CD?date=2011Q3:2011Q4&format=json
correctly limits results to Q3 and Q4 of 2011

We are taking this into our consideration. In the mean-time you can
rewrite the api call using the parameters frequency & MRV (both work
together) as shown below,

http://api.worldbank.org/countries/indicators/DP.DOD.DLIN.CR.BC.CD?date=2011Q4:2012Q1&format=json&frequency=Q&MRV=2
