Trying to delete a Pathway

I'm trying to delete the Pathway 4009 "DNA IR-damage and cellular response via ATR (Homo sapiens)" (private) because I've downloaded a recent version. Please advice.

Hi Arturo,

Sorry for the delayed response. Since you are the only author, you should have the ability to delete the pathway even though it is private. Could you check if you see a “Delete” tab at the top of the pathway? If not, I will delete the pathway for you, but it would be great to know if is it working as expected.

Not sure if deleting the pathway was problematic for you, but I just deleted WP4009, since I noticed that you have a new version of it in progress.

Hi Kristina,

I would like to delete the incorrect versions that I uploaded using Pathvisio - WP5427 and WP5429

I don't see a delete button or option. Pathviso does not ask if I want to overwrite. Could you please delete them for?

I want to continue working on the version from today, i.e., pathway number WP5428 is correct. I currently trying to figure how to edit the comment section. Could you please suggesst if it is possible via pathvisio?

Hi Vijay,

I have deleted WP5427 and WP5429. For future reference, you can see the Delete tab only if logged in at WikiPathways (upper right corner) and if you are the only author of the pathway.

Going forward, you can access WP5428 via the WikiPathways plugin in PathVisio. Once it's open, double-click on the pathway information area at the upper left corner. In the "Pathway properties" interface, select the "Comments" tab to edit the comments.
