Issue opening the file

I've been having some issues with the software and was wondering if you could help me out a little.

I've checked the board and already installed JRE8 instead of 10 but I'm getting the same issues.

Do let me know if there's any more information I can provide you with.

Cant remember where I got "Capture" but now "Capture 2" & "Capture 3" keeps appearing
