Our hosting provider is doing some maintenance this week which
requires them to reboot our server. Sometime during the window of
2014-09-27 12:00:00 UTC to 2014-09-27 16:00:00 UTC WikiEducator and
WikiResearcher will be unavailable for 3 or 4 minutes during this
maintenance.
