Bryn Melyn, CN57 EFC

One of the pair former Veolia Transport Cymru, Volvo B7RLE / Plaxton Centro's recently acquired by GHA for its Bryn Melyn operation (via Ensign) are now allocated to the Shropshire contract 576 Oswestry to Shrewsbury (the indirect service). CN57 EFC is found in my home town of Oswestry on Saturday 17th September 2011, turning off Shrewsbury Road whilst near the start of the route at the Oswestry end. Bryn Melyn operate this service from their base in Ruabon near Wrexham. the other example, CN57 EFD is also in use on this service in the same condition.

From what I've seen of the ones First bought in the Potteries area or thereabouts they also look considerably better than when Veolia had them. I suppose it's just due to the repaired bodywork and fresh paintjob.

Thanks all, I must admit they do look smart and have raised to profile
of the 576 for the first time in some years (last done when
Williamsons introduced two brand new P reg Optare Excels in a
distinctive livery).
