re HCVC Cardiff Rally

I know this is a funny question as I was the Rally Secretary, but can any one tell me the year of the first HCVC Cardiff Rally held in the Cardiff Civic Centre? 1976 has been suggested but I thought it might have been slightly earlier.

Wasn't it held in conjunction with the Cardiff City Transport anniversary (Centenary?) around that time? I lived in Cardiff from 1975 to '78, and it was in that time - at least, as far as I was aware, that was the first one.

Incidentally, this redesign of the form for posting a reply is ridiculous. The most obvious box for the reply is actually the Email CC box!
