Is there a way of making a Windows version of WeeWX?

Is there a way of porting Weewx over to windows?  I cannot seem to  get it installed on my dedicated Ubuntu laptop and or Ubuntu in Windows 10.  I would love to get weewx working thru my sdr as my Lacrosse does not report back to Weatherunderground.

Run it in a VM or in Docker ?
