One question about the file
http://webpy.org/static/web.py-0.37.tar.gz:

Why does it not contain the changelog nor the license files (of
both web.py and CherryPy)? (Some directories are also omitted,
but this is probably intended.)

I've never noticed this. I was expecting the default setup.py will
include everything in web/*, but it looks like it is not including
web/wsgiserver/LICENSE.txt.

I've added MANIFEST.in file to include LICENSE.txt, ChangeLog.txt and
web/wsgiserver/LICENSE.txt in the distribution. It will take effect
from next release.
