does webpy support multiple base templete and multiple part content ?

A template may inherate from severial level of parents, like a global template, a subsite template which inherate from global template, and the last template which inherate from the subsite template.

Also, a template may have multiple part that content page should to fill with real contents, like one in head part , another in body part.

I want to know does webpy template support multiple template and multiple part place holder ?
