Does webconverger seem slow to anyone else?

Morning,
WC/Iceweasel seems pretty slow scrolling through pages with a lot of
javascript to me. On a brand new debian install, I see no issues on
the same machine. I'm running this off a system with a core i5 and
4gb of ram, so I doubt there are any issues there. Does anyone have
any thoughts or suggestions I can do to speed things up?

<french> no problem on different (old) systems... maybe your video
card is not well recognized because too recent ?

Yes, what is your video card? I have noticed Webconverger being slow
on nvidia based systems. Need to fix this!

Morning. I was thinking that the video card/drivers might be the
culprit as well, I just wanted to make sure it was me

I'd really love to be able to try disabling hardware accel in
iceweasel to test. Any idea where the config options for that are?

I hope progress on google chrome is coming along ;)

NM... I figured that out, but just made it worse. There's something
between squeeze and WC git that is a big backpedal.

I received a brief report that Webconverger didn't work on a machine.
:( X failing, though I have not been told details of the hardware.

I would really really appreciate it if folks could test the
build.webconverger.org/latest.iso on their hardware and see if they
can track down the fault.

Many thanks!
