Re: video shoot tomorrow. Bikes on trains!

Looking for a few bike commuters for a video shoot  around 4:30 tomorrow  downtown! See e-mail below. 

MDOT will have one of the commuter train cars out for the Green Fair tomorrow night and SEMCOG is trying to stage a video--  professionals working on their laptops, bikes on the train-- for future use. Can you spare a 1/2 hour? 

Location: first and william

Time: 4:30

Our video crew will be in Ann Arbor shooting things around town for the video and would like to get some shots of the interior of the car, as well.  We would like to have a bicycle or two, and a mix of students, professionals with laptops, etc.

 

I told them the best time to do this would be between the Press Conference at 3pm and the 6pm start.  I was thinking maybe around 4:30?
