I am beginner to use vivo 1.9.3. I want to upload data which is in csv format. I want to convert it rdf through vivo inbuilt tool but I am not getting the steps to follow.

There are many tools when in comes to load data in CSV into VIVO.

Since your data are in CSV my suggestion would be to try the vivo-pump(https://github.com/mconlon17/vivo-pump).
