Suggestion: Add URL field to plugin information (vim.org)

[To the maintainers of vim.org. List, I couldn't find a more appropriate
email address, apologies for the noise.]

Dear vim.org maintainers,

I'd like to suggest adding a new, optional field 'URL' to the plugin
information at vim.org.

It is a common pattern for plugin authors to link to a source code
repository or to some other canonical URL in the description body.

Having a separate field would make it possible to access this
information with automated tools.
