License paid for Chrome and not working ; not working on firefox

I've paid a life licence for Downloadhelper chrome extension. Just afterwords it does not work anymore, saying the Chrome does not accept it and that I must use Firefox. Using firefox it says that I must give a licence number. But after paying with Google Pay I did not have a mail with licence...

• whether you are running Video DownloadHelper on Firefox or on Chrome
• the link to the page containing the video you have problems with
• any error message you may get

sorry Chrome and Firefox premium are 2 separate products with different prices and features.

I guess you tried to download from Youtube which is not possible with Chrome. Do you want me to cancel and refund, you could try and purchase Firefox premium if you want to.
