Can I export 'Blocking Defect ID(s)' field when exporting the backlog?

Is it possible to export a 'Blocking Defect ID(s)' when exporting the backlog?

The only Blocking field is for Blocking Issues.  However, you can export the grid with that field displayed.  We had to implement a custom "report" to tie together the Workitems to the Epics/Issues, as a Custom Report path was not readily available to us.
