Hi,

We use V1 for our Kanban process as well. We have customized our storyboard to show swim lanes.
We would like to set WIP limits and customize the columns displayed for each swim lane. We would also like to do cycle time calculation separately for each swim lane.
Is this possible? If so, how?

Thanks,
Jayashree

Yes, from team rooms go to story board and click customize and there you can set thresholds and wip limits.

I set this up in the project workspace display fields, but the WIP limits are not showing up in the team room – only in the storyboard display under sprint tracking.  Do these need to be setup independently??!!
