I am unable to edit stories/tasks in VersionOne using Firefox since
upgrading to version 3.6. Is anyone else having problems with Firefox
3.6?

The VersionOne dev team is investigating the impact that FF3.6 changes have on our product (we're not alone, the changes have broken many sites/apps out there...). Once we've got a handle on them, we'll post an ETA on a point-release that addresses them. In the meantime, please stick with v3.5 or IE7/8.

Our apologies for the inconvenience,
Ian Culling

We are having the same problems here:
- unable to edit stories / taks in detail view
- unable to edit columns in grid view

When I double click one of the columns the apply button is getting enabled and editing works.

Thanks for the response Ian!

Luanne, no offense, but that's a pretty terrible response to an issue
like this.

An update...

We have just begun testing a proposed fix for the changes made in FF3.6. Preliminary results are looking good. If testing continues to go well, we will be releasing a patch that contains these changes early next week.

Regards,
Mark Crowe

Note that if you're a hosted (on-demand) customer, the update will be applied over the upcoming weekend. If you'd like it done before then, you may ask your account exec to schedule it before then for your specific instance.

Thanks again for your patience,
Ian
