I rely on the status to reflect acceptance and sign off. If you need additional statuses or special status names this is easy to set up. History shows who transitioned the status and when.

Hello All,

Is anyone aware of a best practice for capturing user sign offs for a story, other than the closure of the story? The question arises out a management control audit, which desires a more concrete sign off by the user.

Has any VersionOne  faced such a requirement in their business. If so how do you satisfy that control.
